Executive Committee Meetings

The Executive Committee meets once during the Annual Meeting; times vary depending on the program. The committee meets again in the fall, usually beginning on a Saturday afternoon, around 3:00-3:30 pm to allow members to fly in that day and only have to spend one night away from home. The meeting goes from around 3:00-7:00 pm and then breaks for dinner. The meeting picks up again the next morning (Sunday) at 8:00 am or earlier and ends by 11:00 am usually. Format for the fall meeting may vary and meetings may begin on Sunday and end on Monday.

 

Expenses for the fall meeting of the Executive Committee are covered by AMSPDC. Expenses for the Executive Committee meeting at the time of the annual meeting are the responsibility of the individual since it is assumed chairs would be attending anyway.
